200 miles from home and the lens fell out of my glasses , having not brought my spares I went to S&B for help, not only did they put the lens back in they repaired the frame and sealed both sides (something my own optician failed to do) When I asked about payment I was told "no charge if you've got any change just put it in the local charity box". I can't speak more highly enough of the service I received 5 stars.
