Sophie was great. It was the first time I had tried acupuncture and it certainly won't be the last. All my symptoms improved afterwards and I felt energised the following day. Next time I am on holiday in Keswick I will book again. Highly recommend!
I went to see Sophie for treatment on my shoulder and neck due to a trapped nerve. I came out feeling so much better and relieved as I have had this problem before which took months to improve. I returned for only one more session and now feel ‘sorted’. Sophie is an excellent listener, professional and understanding. My treatments involved massage, acupuncture and cupping and worked a treat. I will not hesitate to book another appointment if needed. A very enjoyable healing experience.
