This was such a fabulous spa experience! I can’t recommend it enough if you’re visiting the Lake District! From start to finish, the service was exceptional; the staff were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for. The entire atmosphere was calm and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect space to unwind and recharge. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully designed, but the pool was definitely the highlight! peaceful, warm, and absolutely stunning. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return on our next trip.

We could not have had a more perfect spa experience at the falls spa. Beautiful day, views, gorgeous complementary tray bake and smoothie and I can’t thank Naomi enough for my pregnancy massage - she was kind, gentle and so thoughtful and you could tell she really wanted me to have the best experience. Can recommend enough!
