I visited Keswick Boot Company on Sunday with my son to buy boots for a new hobby, and the experience was outstanding. Alex welcomed us straight away and made us feel genuinely at ease. He took the time to assess my son’s feet and needs properly and recommended the most suitable boots. We left with a great pair of AKU boots and, more importantly, a very happy teenager excited to get out and explore the Lakes. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I purchased a pair of walking shoes in September 2024 based on their recommendations. The shoes are fantastic as they are exactly what I needed. When an issue arose with the shoe 16 months later, it was covered under their 2 year warranty. Their customer service was brilliant with solving this issue and I had a new pair of shoes delivered to me within 1 eeek.
