I work in retail just across the road, so I’m very aware of how important proactive service is. I was the only customer in the shop, some of the layout had been changed, and I was clearly looking for something, but no one acknowledged me or offered help. In a tourist town, that really stands out — and not in a good way.

Staff here were really helpful, had no way to get our prescription delivered to Keswick for weekend away and the two stores were great in getting the prescription dispatched to a different store, helped our little one from another sleepless night, great knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy staff. Restored my faith in the store. Used to think it was abit overpriced.
