Joe has just been to clean my rug. He replied promptly to my enquiry, was able to fit me in the next day (I had visitors coming so needed rug cleaned quickly) and did a really good job. He was really nice and polite. Will be using him every time from now on!
I have been using Joe for approximately 2 years and I will gladly continue to do so, hopefully for many more years. Working in the holiday cottage industry we need contractors who we can rely on, and who understand the demands of our business. Joe is accommodating in so many different aspects. He will fit us into his busy schedule last minute if we have incoming guests, and he will adapt his techniques to ensure it has the minimum impact on those guests, whilst still maintaining the highest standards. Joe is a joy to work with, and I would always 100% recommend him.
