My wife Clare Taylor...As you can see this is the chain I bought from you at £1,200 and it is broken and luckily I felt it drop off and my dad's pendant hit the pavement did not lose it, you told me this is a best strongest chain you had and I would not get a better chain than this one I got from you not only you have conned me with a with the whole experience of spending £2450 for the chain that has a very poor link and poorly made pendant that I have made again at another jewelry's I nearly lost the one thing that is very important to me and very sentimental to me , this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with . You have not done anything to put this right and ignoring my emails I have found you to be rude unprofessional uncaring people I have ever come across. Again am left very upset and heartbroken .
I haven't even received the jewellery I've ordered and I am writing a review about the service. I left it a bit late to order something special for my mum's birthday but Eileen has been really helpful making sure I choose some things that are perfect, available and will arrive in good time. She despatched them immediately and even gift-wrapped them for me. I have no doubt (reading the reviews) that the pieces will be every bit as lovely as they look online. Thank you
This is the second time I’ve ordered and I will be ordering again! My mom bought some beautiful jewellery from here which she absolutely loved, so I got her some more which she loved even more. If my moms happy so am I. Deborah also sent out a free little gift as it’s Valentines. Lovely service and stunning hand made jewellery. Very talented.
