I worked for 25 years for a well known Japanese Automotive Company with acknowledged top class standards. On our holiday in the Lake District, our car developed a fault which could have caused a high cost repair. I took it into High Hill close to their closing time. They immediately ordered the necessary parts for next morning delivery and had fixed my vehicle by the early afternoon although they were busy, saving us high hotel costs and worry. Thank you so much for looking after your customers so well and for caring. Fixed right first time!
Helped us out big time with very short notice (whilst they were clearly snowed under with work) to fix an oil filter cap. Very professional, cleaned up engine, replaced oil and oil filter too! THANKYOU! Life savers!
Popped in today without a booking as we had a concern about something on our car and just wished to get some advice. An extremely friendly, helpful gentleman came out to look at the car. He immediately told us what the issue was and that there was nothing to worry about. Panic over and very thankful for the cheerful help and reassurance. Great service.
