⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service – Absolute Lifesavers! I broke down on the side of Blencathra while on a camping trip in Cumbria, completely stuck and blocking a route up the mountain. The Station Garage were an absolute godsend — they picked up my car straight away, got it on the ramp, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part from Kia, and fixed it as quickly as possible. They even dropped me off at my campsite and picked me up when the car was ready. Their service was above and beyond, and the labour costs were very fair — which was a huge relief given the part had to be ordered directly from Kia and wasn’t cheap. I felt like the most unlucky lucky person. If they hadn’t been there to help, the situation could’ve been so much worse. Can’t thank them enough! The most professional responsive kind people, thank god there are still people like this in the world!!! Truly grateful!!!! ---
In nearly 60 years of motoring this is the best garage I have used. Car was repaired in less than 24 hours and at a reasonable price. The lovely lady on reception took me back to my caravan and came to pick me up when car was ready. These good people saved my holiday-can`t praise them enough! Highly recommended as a good honest business.
Our car developed a fault while going uphill under load while on holiday. I suspected a fuel filter but had no tools with me to change it. The place we were staying recommended Station Garage as they took their own cars to them. We paid a visit, explained the situation and without having to ask they plugged the car into the diagnostic computer which showed a low fuel pressure code confirming my fuel filter diagnosis. We had things to do for a few days so continued to use the car gently and agreed a mutually convenient morning to fit the new filter which the garage had ordered. On the appointed day it was fitted quickly and the price was very fair. We were so impressed with their speed and professionalism and grateful that our holiday wasn't spoiled.
