The most incredible customer service imaginable. On Monday, I received two, beautiful shirts. Sadly, the one I liked best was just too small and the website showed no stock in the the larger size. I repacked it, and made a return. On the off-chance, I rang Blake Mill, and explained, asking if there was any chance of another one coming available. The colleague to whom I spoke, said that there may be one returned by another customer and that she would keep a look out and hold the refund until Friday in case and then let me know. I was astonished to receive a parcel at lunchtime Wednesday!

I've had a few shirts from Blake Mill, the first chosen during covid when I thought "well, it's quite a lot of money, but I haven't done anything else this year, I'll treat myself". I was worried - buying clothes from the internet can be a bit of a gamble, especially when sizing can be a bit hit and miss. Plus of course you're never really sure of the quality - a high (?) price doesn't necessarily mean a quality product. All these fears were completely unfounded. The shirt was a great fit, the material and finish was high quality. All in all a comlpetely successful purchase. Since that first buy, I've had a few more shirts and have recently branched out to get a 'Lux Jersey' too. Quality continues to be high and I'm very happy with everything I've had from them. Never had an issues so not had to engage particularly because something has gone wrong - the other reviews here imply that the team are attentive and issuse are sorted out well - but I guess my point is you probably won't have to worry. Finally, I guess you might think something along the lines of "yeah, all well and good, but that's a lot of money for a shirt". I'd agree. But I was in a large department store the other day, and they had a very plain, linen, not very nice feeling, brown shirt for sale at £120. I assume the brand name was what made it expensive. But it wasn't stand out. It didn't feel nice. It wasn't special. I think that's what you get with Blake Mill. Whether you want the standout design, or a plainer item with some interesting detailing, but in a quality package, and a certain level of exclusivity, this (in my opinion, anyway) is what you want to buy.

Blake Mill are a pleasure to deal with. The first shirt I have purchased from them arrived today 4 days after ordering it. The garment fits perfectly and the design is really nice too. I like that they are very interested in you as a customer, seeking feedback and even input into future designs if you choose to get involved. Every wish for your successful development as a young company with big ambitions.
