We had an excellent stay here on our girls weekend bikepacking trip. Great cooking facilities, comfy beds, and really secure bike storage with access to an outside tap. There is a well stocked spar next door and a short walk into town for pubs and takeaways. The man who greeted us when we arrived was really friendly. Overall a great value place to stay.

I booked this after hours, and it worked out that the owner happened to be at the property to do some work and was able to facilitate entry. The manager was very responsive and was able to move me to a room that was otherwise unoccupied from my initial reservation. The bunks were tall, with plenty of space on the bottom bunk. Water pressure was good and shower temperature was good. I did not use the kitchen at all. Plenty of parking on a gravel lot, I was the only one with a car and there were very few other people on the one night I stayed. A bit down the road from the center of town, but only a couple minutes' drive and not too long of a walk either. Nice and quiet!
