After being blown off by the Workington hospital, fighting the blockers used by GPs I gave the Keswick urgent treatment clinic a call. Yes,.Just come along before 5pm and you'll be seen. The advanced nurse practitioner, Hayley Sloan was amazing, within 30 minutes I had been diagnosed and given a prescription for drugs. If only the GPs operated in the same way, how good would that be.

Very quick being seen and nurse did an excellent job of patching up my arm after a nasty biking accident. What a pleasure to see a local hospital doing its job so effectively and efficiently. A great service to locals and visitors to the Lakes alike. Thank you to all the team.

What an absolute gem this little hospital is. The nurse practitioner saw me within 20minutes, gave me a full in depth examination and PT history and left with a prescription. All of the staff are kind, welcoming and professional. I cannot rate this highly enough. I was very impressed by the accessible 'how to give feedback' display on the wall for individuals with learning disabilities or cognition issues. I have yet to see that in another NHS building.
