First day in Keswick of our weeks holiday and a tooth that I was due to have out in a few weeks time flared up. I called the surgery at 8am and was able to get an appointment for 3pm the same day. It was the quickest and least painful extraction I've had to date. All the staff, from front of house, the assistant and the dentist were all wonderful. I can highly recommend Keswick Dental if you're on holiday and have an emergency, or a local. Thank you all very much XX

Absolutely shocking service. On the day of child's appointment our child wakes up with a 40 degree temperature and is vomiting. We phone the practice to ask what to do. The practice cancels the appointment and then advises that we have to pay a fee for not attending the appointment. We phone up to try and resolve and the receptionist cannot put us in touch with the practice manager as they are on holiday and refuses to action our request for the practice owner to contact us. I guess we should've taken our poorly child into the surgery and spread the lurgy.
