Products are cheaply made and not good quality and the older grey haired woman in this store was rude! Won’t go there again!
All of the products supplied by TOG24 are manufactured in far East sweat shops not manufactured in Yorkshire. I purchased a Jacket which arrived with studs that would not fasten,TOG24 claim I crushed them and are returning the jacket - What they should have said was they have no facility for repair therefore hard luck its a lottery when you buy from us as we do have "Quality Control". I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing to view the Trustpilot reviews,I wish I had.
Disappointed to buy a T shirt at Keswick to get it home and find marks on it . Ok thought it was just dust and would wash out . But no marks are still there . Oh well as pensioners we can afford to waste £14
