We went in as my wife had an issue with the zip of her new Páramo Velez Smock. We had not bought the jacket from the store but nevertheless the female staff member was so helpful and recommended we send it back to where we purchased it for an exchange. She went on to tell us in detail the cleaning/waterproofing guidance for the product and was obviously very knowledgeable about the brand. If you are in the market for any Páramo product, we would recommend going here. There is no hard sell, just employees that are passionate about the brand and products they stock.
Brilliant staff in store when I was visiting from Bristol. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable finding the best jacket for me while the other staff were able to distract my little boy for a while! Fantastic coat too, working as a tree surgeon in Bristol!
Superb customer service and excellent gear. Thanks to Ewan and his “provide-a-patch” service my trusty outer lives to fight another day, and I’m delighted with my new fleece too. Staff here listen to customer’s needs and don’t upsell what you don’t need. Products are fair trade which is an added plus. My favourite outdoor shop by far.
