I quite literally limped in pain into my first session with Andrii & by the end of that first session incredibly I walked back out with ease. Andrii was recommended to me by a friend as I was suffering badly with my knee. For the last 6 years it had become gradually worse to the point I had almost given up any hope of returning to doing physical activity. I have explored various different options from sports massages to physios in hope of elevating the problem. Andrii is the first person that I have seen, who prior to my appointment enquired about my medical history from Csections, pregnancies & any other past issues. He has a way of assessing & looking at the bigger picture, the body as a whole & diagnosing what could be the root cause which may not necessarily be the knee itself ! I am four weeks into my rehabilitation & I can honestly say I didn’t believe I could ever be pain free. My body as a whole is feeling such relief & I am moving so much better. I don’t think we realise how much our bodies overcompensate as it tries to adjust to dealing with injury. Every session I float out feeling relaxed & with the positive feeling that my knee has progressed & is well on the way to recovery. For the first time in many years I feel more aligned with my body as a whole & becoming stronger after every session. Andrii is so very knowledgeable, professional & willing to share his vast experience with you. He always follows up appointments checking that you are okay & a short video of simple exercises to use as homework. I would recommend Andrii to anyone who is struggling with injury. Myself, Iam looking forward to getting back & regaining my fitness. A huge thank you to Andrii & his dedication to helping people maintain their health & movement ⭐️

I recently had the opportunity to participate in Andrii’s class whilst visiting friends in the Lake District. The class was fantastic, it felt like a great workout. Andrii was really inclusive of all abilities and made everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend this class if you want to improve your strength and flexibility! I will definitely be back soon.

I've been training with Andrii now for 8 months. I was very nervous about starting a new class even though I've been a runner for years and have a good level of fitness. I felt comfortable instantly with Andrii who explained and delivered each class with enthusiasm and knowledge. The classes are so much fun and I go away feeling so buzzed and can see great results already. My strength has improved and confidence has grown. I'd recommend these classes to any level of fitness.
