Customer Reviews
Calm, relaxing space. Jo is a fabulous yoga instructor.
Having done psychotherapy sessions with Jo previously I was keen to try her new yoga studio, and was not disappointed! The same care and attention Jo puts into her therapy sessions can be felt here - I struggle with new spaces / activities at times but I was made to feel so welcome. The space is gorgeous (feels like being up in the clouds!) - a really relaxed setting, with all equipment provided, which is a big help especially when you're unsure. Jo is such a warm and inviting person, you can't help but feel at ease - following the poses and breathwork was a breeze, and really loosened me up after a stressful day. I left feeling like I might melt into my pillow! Would highly recommend Jo and this studio to anybody, beginner, experienced or otherwise - and I'll certainly be back (^:
Jo has clearly put a lot of thought and care into creating her stunning new yoga studio that is very well equipped and comfortable. The perfect space to enjoy Jo’s excellent yoga classes. Jo’s classes are always varied and well structured, and she delivers them with such a lovely manner and gentle voice that I always come away feeling very relaxed, yet well stretched. She is very good at gauging how people are feeling, and ensures an enjoyable and beneficial experience for everyone, whatever level they are working at. I absolutely love Jo’s yoga classes and am really looking forward to regularly attending them at the new studio. The hard part will be deciding which classes to go to!
