First class service and lovely staff. We’ve used Cockermouth Travel for many years. We’re not local but popped in for some brochures in 2008, and were so impressed with the friendliness, we’ve booked with them ever since. Yes, it’s easy to book online, but it’s much simpler to have one point of contact and a friendly voice/face to sort out any queries. The staff all have excellent knowledge of both products/packages and locations. Highly recommend (and I’m fussy!😀)

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful....but as a suggested improvement, I feel a bit more human warmth, humour, smiling etc. would help. I came out today with my documents feeling confident that everything was in order, but not exactly on top of the world. One feels as if you have purchased a life insurance policy rather than an exciting holiday abroad. I will definitely still support this fine local business though!
