The car was returned with one of the aero wheel trim slats broken off. They claimed it was already done, it wasn’t!!! You can clearly see it’s been snapped off due to incorrect tool being used to remove it. I have complained but surprisingly no response from them.
Fantastic Service here. On holiday in the Lakes and oh no! Nail in tyre. These guys fixed it in no time with no pre-booking and very reasonable charge. Holiday resumed with minimal disruption - thanks very much.
Great service and knowledgeable friendly staff. Only one thing I would comment on to improve my experience, my car seat was very dirty when I collected my car. I’m assuming it’s from the lads overalls. Had my car been new and without black seats, I might have been more upset. This doesn’t take away from the excellent service.
