Highlight of my week to buy their fresh bread - it reminds me of a wonderful bakery in Holland I used to walk to as a student. Their range of breads is simply amazing! If you arrive early you get to smell the fresh bread outside - just heaven!
Whilst they make great hot chocolates and scones, the female staff ask intrusive questions about my personal life in front of other customers. They also over share about their own personal lives, even though I try to keep our interactions short, sweet and pleasant. Also, one of the ladies made me a hot milk and water, and I was disappointed. As this incorrect order followed our previous conversation with her asking, if I wanted extra sugar in my hot chocolate and she didn't ask any other customers that question. I felt quite singled out.
As well as providing a great cup of coffee, this place makes the best sourdough bread (as well as many other types of bread) that I've had for ages. Please don't all go and buy it at once, as there may be none left for me. ;-)
