He did not bother to do any sort of test to see why our kitchen electrics were constantly fusing. Just wanted to collect a call-out fee & disappear as quick as possible. We guessed it might be the oven causing the problem, so we got an appliance repair man out. He said that the previous electrician, ie Phillip Potts, had left us with a "dangerously unsafe" plug socket that was a fire hazard. Do not give this man your business. He's unsafe.
