Nails Bar

I have been getting my nails done with Lira now for almost 2 years and am still incredibly impressed with her skill, knowledge, and warmth. Lira will go above and beyond for her clients and deserves the success she is seeing.

I've just had my nails done and as always have come away with a smile on my face and immaculate nails! It's a pleasure to sit with Lira. She is great company, knowing when to enage in conversation, I feel she genuinely cares. She also knows when to just get on with the job of creating perfect nails and allows space without unnecessary chatter. I find the whole session very calming. Her attention to detail is top notch. I'm quite indecisive and without fail she listens to what I would like and offers a number of options. Great service at a great price. Thank you Lira! See you next time. Xx

Lira, the Ukranian nail tech, is very rude and hostile. My nails easily broke WITHIN A FEW DAYS and felt like they would snap off at any moment after 2 weeks or so. I had a long wait for them to get repaired as she was back in Ukraine for at least 2 weeks, so i just literally peeled the rest of the nails off and cancelled my next appointment with her (which is when the written abuse started). Quite honestly, beforehand it always felt like she was looking down her nose at me when i always tried to be kind to her even if I didn't make a lot of small talk myself. I would not recommend this place. Language barrier is also a problem. I tried to support this lady starting up in our country as a refugee, but she basically insulted me multiple times making me out to be a monster for eating a banana and blowing my nose, after doing a bad job of my nails. She also does not like people using her bin... and when i tried to wash my hands in the salon sink, there was no soap. avoid. Update to liras response = photos of proof. No one has banned me except you after i complained. You are not helping yourself Lira.
