Received excellent treatment and a superb cut here. We were staying in Cockermouth for a few days on our way to Scotland. I was decidedly scruffy and needed to be rescued. Salon 5 gave me a same-day appointment and were completely welcoming and professional in their treatment. I'd be happy to come here regularly.
When I called to make an appointment, was asked if I was a customer. I replied that I hadn’t made an appointment for sometime due to lockdown and was curtly told they were not accepting ‘new’ customers. Attitude not the friendliest or likely to win ‘new’ custom when they do want it!
Always excellent, I would never go anywhere else
