We contacted Kieran when our caravan’s troublesome boiler (which came with the van) broke down for the umpteenth time. After investigating and discussing the options, we decided to have the boiler replaced. Kieran gave us good advice on the choice of replacement, gave a clear quote and was able to complete the work promptly. He did a very neat job, left everything tidy and sent us a video of the boiler in operation. This gave us confidence in what he’d done and served as an initial guide. He achieved all of this without us being present. We will definitely be using Kieran again.
