Would totally recommend this company, their front of house staff are so knowledgeable, and their fitters and subbies know what they are doing. Everyone we’ve met whilst doing our house up have been absolutely amazing. Had Karndean fitted in our hallway and dining room, new carpet on the hallway, stairs and living room. In fact, we’ve just purchased an Alstons suite and having our bedrooms measured up for carpets! We totally trust them and they treat us like friends. They don’t force a sale on you and give you breathing space to have a think. A true Cumbrian company! We live 30 miles away from their showroom and are happy to make that journey because it’s a really nice run out, and the service is great!
Marvelous staff, fantastic carpet fitters. We can’t believe how much the new underlay and carpet we bought last year has improved our bedroom. It’s so thick and comfortable, you could sleep on the floor. But beware, once you have changed one carpet, you will want to change them all. Also the bathroom flooring we bought last year was of such high quality we decided to add it to the hand basin vanity top. This coordinates the colour scheme and being waterproof and hard wearing made the perfect surface for our DIY handmade unit. (as you can see if you look at the attached photo).
Had a full house fitted with floor coverings. Job very professional from the estimate right through to the fitting. The fitters worked hard and finished the job in a day. The shop staff were very helpful and approachable. Thank.
