My experience with Andrew has been terrible. The survey has never been delivered resulted to the property was sold in the auction and I missed the chance to buy it. The communication with him is like banging on the brick wall as the receptionist kept telling us that no survey has been done and and I receipt a bill from him. After communicating with Andrew he showed his understanding on his unacceptable service but the other hand he put the bill to the debt collectors. Also he quoted £300 and billed me £540. So anybody want to use him and his company I strongly advise you should keep away!!!!
