When I was pregnant with my son during 2024 I went to Clare’s pregnancy and birth preparation class every Sunday. This was a really lovely experience in which you had 2 hours to relax, share your own experiences and hear others in a safe non-judgemental environment. When it’s your first pregnancy you really need that listening and sharing space. Would highly recommend.
Clare is a kind, nurturing and very experienced yoga teacher. She has helped me to overcome anxiety and have more overall confidence through her teaching. I would highly recommend her yoga classes and homeopathy consultations.
