We went shopping in Workington on Last Friday and, while looking for somewhere to eat, came across Lata Restaurant. It turned out to be a great find — the food was fresh, satisfying, and nicely presented, with generous portions that left us feeling full and happy. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy a comfortable meal during a busy day out.
We visited this Turkish restaurant twice whilst on our holiday, and both times were fantastic. We ordered the sharing platter, which was absolutely outclass — full of rich, authentic flavours and cooked to perfection. The portion was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. A must-visit for anyone who loves Turkish cuisine.
We were in Workington on holiday last Saturday evening. We were recommended the Lara and was not disappointed. They managed to find us a table even though they were fully booked and the food was exceptional. Large meat platter Was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very reasonably priced also. Faultless and would happily return if ever back in the area.
