I have to say I've never had any problems with this practice. I always try to be seen here. Doctor j as I know her is amazing she always has time for you and never makes you feel rushed, she listens fully about your health problems and treats you with respect.
Update 2025 ,never listen to you, you get a new dr everytime.dont ever take you seriously i had a infection for weeks and they wouldnt listen. It got worse and became blood infection. I have insomnia and they will not gove meds for this even tho nhs site says there is drugs for it. I qould stay away if i could give them 0 star i would appointments impossible , never answer the phones even when you stand in front of them watching the phone ring. it's a joke of a surgery , don't bother you better off not having a doctor.
Avoid at all costs. Genuinely the worst gp I’ve ever signed up to. On multiple occasions they’d send off my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Getting through on the phone takes a good 40 minutes as the staff prefer to stand and talk while the phone rings. Even if you go directly there and wait in queue you’ll be stood for a good 10mins even if there’s no queue. I was made inactive after moving house which they can’t do without me being registered to a new gp (which I’m not). The place is an absolute joke and the staff have no clue. Just avoid. I’d rather get my prescriptions from Oscar the grouch over these guys. Also couldn’t put 0 stars so ignore the 1 star
