I'm really impressed with this doctors surgery, the staff on reception really listen and act on your needs, walked in after work the other day as I thought I had a urine infection, gave a sample, prescription was issued a few hours later for urine infection. Last month I had an ear infection, explained I was travelling by plane the next day, saw a doctor a couple of hours later and was prescribed with antibiotics. Staff are friendly on reception and very good at their jobs. Well done.
Quite possibly the worst doctors surgery in Workington. Impossible to make appointments, anything emergency - go to the access centre, if you get an appointment it's guaranteed not to be on time, getting a repeat prescription sorted is a nightmare... the list could go on and on.
The GP I see is excellent, but try and make an appointment is absolutely horrendous. The staff are nice but the appointment system is utterly useless. Unless your on “deaths door”, there’s no way of getting to see the GP your used to seeing. This is why I’m only giving 2*.
