I don't live in Workington but work there often and always choose this place if getting a haircut while there. Everytime I've had a really good cut, the barbers take their time, they're always friendly and showing an interest in your day and very reasonably priced. Today's cut though... I gotta say was the best yet, and unfortunately didn't get the guy's name to give a shout out or request again next time... he's the owners nephew and had worked in London until last July, gave great precision, paid attention to detail and did a fantastic cut - very happy 😊

I've been a senior barber, I've managed a salon or 2 in my time by working my way up so I know how mistakes can happen unexpectedly. However, this? This wouldn't have left my shop. A business that relies on reputation is only ever as strong as its weakest link.
