I had Biab infills with the new therapist, Halyna yesterday and wanted to give some positive feedback following my appointment as I know it was her first day and she was a little nervous, especially as there is a bit of a language barrier with Halyna being Ukrainian. My nails are great and I’m really happy with them. I was a little apprehensive about her using the filing machine, but it was so gentle I hardly felt it. We had a good chat and she was lovely, I hope she settles in to the Solo team well ☺️ I will definitely be booking with her again!
