A nice branch of the Works. The rating is no reflection on the staff, they seemed lovely but the books on offer were quite disappointing. I've been to quite a few branches of The Works in the past, but recently I've visited a couple of branches which seem to have totally, more or less, abandoned offering non-fiction books i.e history, self improvement, etc. The Works seem to offer cheap novels now and a few autobiographies. Plus a wodge of kids stationery. Very sad.
What a pleasure it is to go into this shop. The staff are excellent and always go the extra mile to help in anyway they can. Cannot rate them highly enough, well done ladies thank you so much.
Great place for getting arts, crafts, books and many other things plus the staff are amazing and friendly. Everything is a great price that a lot of school kids buy from here for there art projects .
