I visited the store about a week ago and purchased a dvd and discussed the film with the staff member. I visited again just a couple of days ago and the same member of staff remembered me and asked if I had enjoyed the film I bought last week! Great that our interaction was remembered, I’ll definitely make an attempt to visit the store more often!

Staff so down to earth, always tell you to enjoy whatever item you've purchased and generally just so approachable. This week a pre-order vinyl arrived via Royal Mail damaged. HMV in store team replaced the item like for like without any issue. Really good service. Thanks HMV Workington 👍
