Citizens Advice Allerdale

I rang this morning asking for financial help just enough to buy food for one week and they told me they can give me a food voucher, however they took two hours to come back to me at the exact time the food bank closes, leaving me 3 days now without food at all, I live in isolation I have no family support at all and this doesn't matter but I will not care later either so thank you for giving me the chance of doing nothing for you

I went to Workington CAB yesterday with a problem I had tried to resolve myself over the last 2 years, but which had kept coming back. The stress was affecting my health more than I'd realised. Being able to explain everything whilst being carefully listened to, & then having them patiently act on my behalf, and resolve the issue then & there was amazing. I can't thank them enough!

This place is an absolute shambles all the do is speak over you when trying to explain to them about the problem you have see unless you let me finish what I'm saying you shouldn't be trying to push me off the phone David seems to be on annual leave every time I call this is the first time I am hearing David is not dealing with me anymore something you think I would have been told age's ago anyway I hope you listen to yourself on the phone and here yourself every time I try to speak to explain something also you had the Tone first not me you just don't like the fact I pointed it out to you so I will be making a complaint about you
