The staff are always happy to help and offer help when you visit the store. There is a variety of toys for all ages ranging from educational to collectors ranges such as marvel, lego, puzzles etc. Its always a pleasure to walk through the door and my son loves it
I ordered items I wanted, and they were the wrong items that turned up in the store. Clearly their dispatch or store fault. I was told they couldn't do anything about it at all and they couldn't reorder the correct items for me, all they could do was refund me and I had to order again. Meaning I had to waste more time going back to the store, due to THEIR mistake! I was even asked if I wanted the stuff that incorrectly turned up instead. Absolutely not! You order what you want, not what you're just given on the day when they make a mistake. I feel the process needs addressed in store and with higher management to rectify this, and mitigate it going forward, so when it happens to others they don't just feel fobbed off like I was! Sort out your processes Entertainer!
