I am not happy with this company at all. The transaction time was very good, and after they receive the money, everything changes. I recommend not buying from this company. 👎👎👎👎👎
Came to howdens for a full kitchen. Haven’t been provided with skirting boards, lights, doors, ceiling or architraves. Been sold a tap for 1200£ though that I specified If it’s too much hassle to install & that much more expensive I am not bothered about having it. Didn’t get told the price until someone else told me (you can’t just look prices up on the website either) nor did I get told that it is a hassle to install. Infact got told it’s not any hassle to install when it actually is. Waste of time money and energy The overpriced tap that I was sold falsely is now broken & I am left with no water until they “chase up the issue” I have been passed from pillar to post since 9am because the manager is busy with customers. Probably ripping them off they’re not bothered about fixing issues from previous sales more bothered about securing more sales. Worst company I have dealt with.
