I visited Lloyd’s Kia & I meet with one of the sales team, Rachael. She was so kind & friendly and from the start she understood my needs & what vehicle I was searching for. I went out on a test drive with her & I felt I was able to be really honest with her & tell her what my dislikes were. When we returned to the showroom Rachael was then able to find a vehicle that met the needs i’d requested, with a special edition model of the Sportage. I fell in love straight away. Rachael fully understood me & my needs and she was able to accommodate me with ease & with such enthusiasm so I found exactly what I’d been searching for. She had communicated with me throughout the whole process which is great & again was happy to help in any way she could. She even arranged for a speedy collection as I was returning to Manchester within the next couple of days. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She has been totally amazing, and we just got on. She was adaptable to the needs of my parents too & made them feel included and comfortable throughout the whole process. On collection day Rachael was able to get me set up within like 30 mins and I was driving away in the most amazing car with the best features. I am soooo happy!!!! Also I met Alan, the sales manager & again he was kind, professional & accommodating throughout and again communicated with me when Rachael was unavailable. Overall I had such a fabulous experience at Lloyd Kia & I would recommend to anyone in west Cumbria looking for a Kia model. They had a vast amount of cars available & as I say they are so happy to accommodate your needs and wishes. I am super happy with my purchase & feel that the after care plan for this branch is also fab. Can call anytime and the team will assist. I was sceptical when my wife said she wanted to buy a Kia but can honestly say 6months down the line she made the right choice. We bought a 2nd hand 22 plate Kia Ceed from Kia at Lillyhall. Firstly I was impressed with the spec of the car in comparison to premium brands youd definitely get a lot more bang for your buck. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, android auto/apple play to name but a few highlights. Already it's proven to be a cracking 2nd car for us but what stands out to me most is the after sales service. Over the years we've bought many cars and the after sales service has never been as good as Kia at Lillyhall. Their staff are always friendly and attentive and have addressed every issue we've had quickly and efficiently. At point of sale they highlighted we'd receive the remainder of the warranty & TBH I didnt really take much notice of that but as sometimes happens with 2nd hand cars we did encounter a couple of issues which it turned out were all covered under the warranty. Kia at Workington booked us straight in & got the issues sorted free of charge & when we picked the car up they'd also washed and hoovered the car! More recently the service light came on but shouldn't have as we'd been told it had been fully serviced with the last service just before we bought it. I highlighted this to Kia & they were able to immediately confirm the car had been fully serviced despite the lack of stamps in the book & invited me to call in where they were able to print off all the previous services at various garages, mileage records etc. They stamped the book and also reset the cars service clock back to where it should be and we're very apologetic. I honestly can't fault them & feel they live up to the sales patter and genuinely provide first class after sales service. Highly recommend both the car and the service.
