About
A historic site with well-maintained parkland, Workington Hall features walking trails, shaded areas, and a children’s play space. The grounds include a raised loop for model train enthusiasts near Ladies’ Walk. Though the hall itself is currently closed to visitors, its ruins and history are explored in detail at the nearby Helena Thompson Museum. The park hosts seasonal events like Christmas light displays. With open spaces for picnics and jogging, it remains a place for leisurely walks in good weather.

Make sure you visit the Helena Thompson museum before heading to see Workington Hall as it's history is very well explained at the museum. Really interesting building. I look forward to returning when it's made safe for public access again.
Nice place, but the fact you can't enter the building ruined it for me.
