We've been with Shortridge since we opened about 2 years ago and without doubt they are absolutely incredible, not only Bill the driver but the office team and the guys on the shop floor all help us out when we need it. I can't quite understand some of the poor reviews and without any hesitation would recommend them to any body requiring a supply of Laundry.
This is not a place for ex-employers to air grievances. I am an actual customer have been for a while and the service provided is a great one. The delivery driver (Bill) has been the same for 8 years (so surely they don't treat staff that bad) and he is lovely and part of the reason I won't change. Owners are really nice too and we get chocolates every Christmas. Thanks guys!
Drop off location was changed via the agency back in January. Yet laundry repeatedly left at the old location even though shortridge acknowledged emails. Yet again today, for the third time since beging of July, laundry was delivered to the old location. At least I was here this time so I didn't have to chuck it on the pavement like last time. Absolutely useless. So yet again cottages will have no clean laundry. Highly recommend you use different company.
