Industrial level noise from the coffee staff. It was impossible to have a conversation in the place as it seems none of the grinder/blenders or mixers have any mat or sound absorption so after 3 iced coffees we all had ringing in our ears.
Asked for 2 Carmel nut cracker hot chocolates and got normal hot chocolates. Didn’t realise till we drove off clearly not listneing. !!
Gone severely downhill. Some of the staff are so miserable and the drinks are very inconsistent depending on who makes them. Gave up now after being a customer since opening.
