Fantastic cafe! I needed to work, the owners were really friendly - and everything is at a good price! The coffee was great, and the homemade cakes are really tasty! Highly recommend!

Ordered food for the office on Thursday and had so many problems. Eyelash and hair in a couple of things, food missing, wrong food sent, korma had leaked all over the inside of one of the bags and the flapjack part of the kinder bueno flapjack was missing, toastie looked like it had been cooked and then left out for a while. Just wasn’t worth it at all sent a message to let them know about the issues so they could sort it for future, not even an apology. We definitely won’t be ordering from there again. Edit: (as I can’t reply to what you’ve written). I added on about the flapjack because I didn’t know about it at the time I messaged you, I found out about that when I went to the other office. I’m not lying about it, there’s 9 other people who can back up what I’m saying. The eyelash and hair were the first issues written about. I’ll post the message I sent with the time and date for today to show there’s no reply. It was read on Thursday and nothing since then (I’ve also taken a video to show I can’t move any further because there’s no reply, just in case you wanna say I’m lying about that to, it won’t let me post it though). I wasn’t even nasty in the message and wouldn’t have posted on here if you’d actually apologised but because you didn't even do that, why not review it. 1 or 2 issues can be expected sometimes maybe but when there’s a list that’s disgusting especially when you don’t even acknowledge what was sent to you. If people want to carry on going there then that’s their choice but they should check their food throughly before they eat it, we certainly won’t be coming back there’s much better places in town, we’ll just stick with them.

The best breakfast I have ever had delivered, I ordered via foodhub, and the food arrived quickly, absolutely piping hot, perfectly cooked, tray was hot to the touch, delicious sausage ("Cumberland" version) black pudding, egg, bacon, hashbrowns, tomato (I am not keen on beans but they were amongst the best I have had) and toast, and something that is very important to me, a can of actual Coca-Cola original. Marked 5/5 for atmosphere solely because I am at home, I have not been in the Café itself so not sure how it compares. Very happy, MANY THANKS!
