The Upper Crust

So this is my turkey salad box with half a baguette which I got from the Upper Crust and did I have to keep a stiff upper lip and mind my ps and qs because this was UPPER upper crust requiring UPPER case lettering. There were lashings of turkey, very tasty stuffing, an avalanche of cranberry sauce, all sorts of salad including a sliced boiled egg which regretfully I wasn't expecting and had to pass up because I don't like them. So, this was top tasty fare and the baguette was already buttered which I thought was fab. The price, at £4.20 which I wouldn't normally draw attention to, was knockout. I also got a brie box salad with a demi-baguette thinking I may need some back-up on the field but no. Hence, I'm having the other half of both for my lunch today. Boom boom. Nice going, Uppers.

Food is decent enough but I've waited over two hours and counting for my food today and was told it had just left the shop when it hadn't because I was told the same thing an hour later when I rang back. I order from uppercrust all the time but I won't be again after today 😠

I ordered a breakfast at half 11 and at 2:30 it still had not arrived the service for £6 delivery is shocking and the continuous no answered phone calls didn’t help resolve anything, when the food came finally after hours that apparently the driver had been set off to deliver for hours before hand, it was cold and just ruined the food, for my first time ordering what seemed to be a nice selection of food was horrible and after now reading reviews which I wish I’d done earlier i can see this is a Regular thing, really let down by not only the food but service and I won’t order again
