Wonderful staff when they aren't asked awkward questions. If there's a medical emergency which knocks all the appointments back almost an hour, you'd think that patients would be informed when they check in giving them an option to reschedule wouldn't you? When asked why they didn't do this, after I'd been waiting 45 mins over my initial appointment time one of them gave me the dirtiest look imaginable. I don't think querying something that should have been pointed out to me at the beginning is uncalled for, especially when I was on a timed parking zone which I over ran because of this. Instead they were chattering & cooing over 'Julies new born' & someone elses holiday where the flights on the way out were delayed! Not a pleasant situation for someone who doesn't like going to the Drs in the first place!
Cannot fault this surgery at all, clean and modern interior and polite and attentive staff. Never had an issue with getting an appointment. Best surgery in the vicinity hands down.
