Very indifferent and some of the reception staff are very rude. They never care about important diseases, they did not give appointments to diabetic patients even though they should have been checked routinely. They constantly lose the appointment form.
I rang today 1st April 2025. I made the call just before 5pm and was told I was 8th in the que. 1 hour later I was down to 2nd in que. I waited another hour. So just over 2 hours on the phone and no reply. I gave up at 7.02 pm. No idea why my call was never answered. Image of time waiting on my phone.
trying to get an appointment tried calling in person filled out a form apparently been trying to reach me all day phone never rang, but you did manage to send me a text to tell me to fill another e consult form in, I have an hour to do it, but need a security code off you, waited an hour no code so how does this work then, im ill for another day thanks a lot, so much for caring., been to the chemist they advised i see a doctor what a joke.one star as i cant post withour giving a star
