When I walked in the people were very friendly and helpful, I didn’t have to wait long to get the testing done or to see the optition who was also very friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was nice and when I picked up my glasses she explained everything and was very helpful.
Friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Clear answers to my questions. Everybody who dealt with me from the OCT scan, the eye test, the sorting of the frames and lenses and final fitting and adjusting of my glasses was handled with confidence and professionalism and a smile. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the names of the staff who delivered such an excellent service, but a big thank you to them all. I'm delighted with my new glasses!
