Absolutely shocking, nail beds were bleeding, asked if he could be more careful to which he said ok. He carried on going over the nails resulting in more damage. I told him to stop and that I would pay but I wasn’t happy. The lady in the corner then shouted over the price which was higher than what it stated on the board for half done nails. Absolutely shocking no apology or anything. Sore half done nails and charged over the asking price.
I’m going to start off with saying I like the end result, however the experience put me off returning to this establishment. Two of my nail beds were visibly bleeding so not pleased with the service. I asked nail tech to be more careful with the electric drill used for sanding but they went a bit too far in(more than once). Halfway through I regretted getting my nails done, and hoped it would be over and done with a bit quicker. At the end of the process, a couple of bits of foreign material glued itself to my nails whilst the gel was curing which they were able to correct when I pointed it out to them at the end.
Always great nails and last for weeks. Myself and Rachel have been getting them done for years
