First time using this salon and I will be returning. Staff extremely thoughtful. I am very happy with my full head of foils, cut and blow-dry by Iryna, she is amazing. Plus I used the beauty side of the salon to have my eyebrow and lashes tinted by Holly. Great friendly service by all. Great that you can book on line.
Asked for a hair cut and got a hair hack. I was in there for over an hour and this is what I was given. Washed and styled it the following day to see if it was any better and it wasn’t. I called to advise it wasn’t good and they invited me back to fix it. Another 30 min later and a lot of waiting someone else came to “fix it” it was better but still not anything I was happy with but thought I should leave now before it gets worse. No offer of compensation and no real apology or even accountability that their member of staff clearly can’t cut hair. When asked she did say she’d been at the salon for 5 years!!!!! Would avoid at all costs. Bad hair cuts and bad customer service. 0 stars.
Fantastic place to relax while you get pampered and treated so well. The staff are so friendly and really helpful, they explain everything they are doing (hair extensions) and how to look after the end style. Jen is a fantastic boss with her staff always checking in if they are ok etc. I would highly recommend Swain even if you just fancy a wash and blow dry, go pamper yourself and enjoy the massage chair as you get your hair washed.
