Before I went to Waves my skin was worrying me and I didn't know what products to use to help it improve. Natasha was professional, did a thorough consultation and assessment of my skin and its issues. She then recommended what products I needed and advised which ones were best and where to buy them. She was very welcoming and kind and I feel relieved I have had her help and I am looking forward to seeing my skin improve the next few months.
