Very poor service, left waiting 5 minutes while the woman on the till had a crack with a customer she knew. The woman on the till forgot to put my points on my card due to being distracted. Would not recommend, will not be using again
After putting fuel in my car I went into the store to grab a couple of things and pay for my fuel, only to get a letter in the post saying I had £15 of fuel and drove off without paying, thankfully I used my card to pay witch is very rare and it's on my statement at the exact time they say I left without paying for my fuel so they then demanded near £200, so I contacted them sending my bank statement and offered to pay the £15 for the fuel I had as I would never do anything like that on purpose but they only gave me the £200 option witch I think is extremely poor, so now they refuse to serve me at any of there stations
There's something wrong with their fuel, filled up a tank of diesel, I've gotten 15mpg less than what i was getting from a different shell and now I've drained the tank and I'm back to normal mpg figures for my car
